Edinsol, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- A full refund will be issued if Edinsol fails to deliver the agreed-upon project within the specified timeline.
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or are in progress.
- If a project is partially completed, Edinsol reserves the right to charge for completed deliverables before issuing a refund for the remaining disputed or non-delivered work.
2. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Edinsol’s official support team with a valid reason for the refund.
- The processing time for refunds depends on the bank or payment method used, including but not limited to Payoneer, MoneyGram, or other international transfer services.
- Edinsol is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
3. Bank Charges & Transaction Fees
- Any bank charges, international transaction fees, and miscellaneous taxes associated with payments and refunds will be borne by the client.
- The final refund amount may be subject to deductions for such fees as per the bank or payment gateway policies.
4. No Refunds in Certain Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- If the client changes their mind after project commencement.
- For delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or content on time.
- If the service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- For dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after project completion.
5. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, Edinsol encourages amicable resolution through direct communication.
- If a resolution is not reached, the matter may be escalated for further review, and a refund decision will be made at Edinsol’s sole discretion.
6. Modifications to the Policy
- Edinsol reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
